Something off?

Email support@barkbookapp.com — a wrong breed, a photo that shouldn't be there, scanning that stopped working, anything at all. Telling us your app version (Profile, at the bottom) usually saves a round trip.

Reporting from inside the app

You can report a breed photo or a scan result without leaving Barkbook: tap the flag on a breed page, or "Something off with this result?" under any scan or logged encounter. It reaches the same place as an email.

Account & data questions

Deleting an account, a parent's request about a child's account, or anything covered by the Privacy Policy: privacy@barkbookapp.com. You can also delete your account from inside the app at any time (Profile → Delete my account).
